The Challenge:
35 stories in 35 weeks.
I recently read an opinion article in the local paper asking for the best quick-read books (<200 printed pages). They listed 30, plus 5 honourable mentions. So here I go. I'm going to try to read at least book a week. Some are classic, some are recent best sellers, some I've read before, some I'm not very interested in (but will struggle through - it's only 200 pages max, right?), some are on my "TO READ" list.
Why am I doing this?
Honestly,
I'm in my 30's, have 3 degrees and 3 kids and a great marriage. It
would be easy to "mail it in" at this point, but I don't want to be that
man. I don't want to be stuck in my ways. Well, not all of my
ways--there are some that I have cultivated over time and are very good
for me. Others are not, and stagnation in personal growth is one of the
"not-to-be-stuck-in" ways.
So welcome to this
